1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by AlliedBee Technologies LLP ("AlliedBee", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Services
AlliedBee designs, builds, hosts, and automates SaaS platforms and related software. Deliverables, scope, fees, and timelines are set out in a separate proposal, order form, or service agreement, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
Information on this website about our products and services is general guidance. It is not an offer, and does not form part of any contract unless repeated in a signed agreement.
3. Comments and submissions
If you post a comment, you confirm it is your own work and that publishing it will not infringe anyone else’s rights. Every comment is reviewed before it appears, and we may decline to publish or later remove any comment at our discretion.
By submitting a comment you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it on this site alongside the name you provided. You may ask us to remove it at any time.
Do not submit anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing, and do not use comments to advertise.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with operation or security, uploading unlawful or infringing content, reverse-engineering our software, scraping the site at a rate that degrades it for others, or using the services to violate any applicable law.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are as stated in the applicable proposal or order form. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur charges and may result in suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Intellectual property
AlliedBee retains all rights to its pre-existing software, frameworks, tools, and reusable components, and to the content of this website. Upon full payment, custom deliverables created specifically for you are assigned or licensed to you as set out in your service agreement. You retain ownership of your own data and content.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the relationship.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlliedBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total aggregate liability arising from the services shall not exceed the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve months.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees accrued, and we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period as set out in that agreement.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any dispute-resolution provisions in your service agreement.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
